Went training today. felt very sickly ): so din run 4.3km ;D but must row 4km be4 they come back! dun know why i just felt super unblance today? cos i din come on friday? i capped 3 times??!! wet wet wet... din follow dem to eat cos very tired. came home nth to do so camwhore(L) some were taken ytd. i know its ugly but not fer you to judge me .
